2nd Early Registration Discount of $5.00 for players registered before Dec 31, 2023.

Tournament Registration Below:
- Tournament fees are paid separately from the Central Penn United registration.
- In the Fall, teams from U9 to U18 are playing in a Memorial Day Tournament.
