Susquehanna Soccer Club is a nonprofit youth organization and we seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Board of Directors!

We are in need your skills and experience to help us reach even greater heights. As a board member, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of our club, ensuring we continue to provide a positive and enriching experience for our players.

What We Do:

SSC is committed to fostering a love of soccer in young people of all ages and skill levels. We offer recreational, travel, and elite teams, leagues and camps and strive to create a supportive and inclusive environment where every child can thrive, have fun and learn.

Why We Need You:

Our Board of Directors is a passionate group of volunteers who work together to guide the club's strategic direction, oversee its operations, and ensure its long-term sustainability. We're looking for individuals with diverse backgrounds and skill sets who are willing to contribute their time and expertise.

What You'll Do:

There are many ways to help as a Board Member:

Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making.
Oversee the club's finances and budget.
Help develop and implement club policies.
Support fundraising efforts.
Promote the club within the community.

Who We're Looking For:

We welcome individuals with experience in areas such as:

Business management
Finance
Marketing and communications
Legal
Nonprofit management
Coaching or sports administration
But most importantly, we're looking for individuals who are:

Passionate about youth soccer
Dedicated to our club's mission
Team players with strong communication skills
Willing to commit their time and energy

Time Commitment:

The Board of Directors meets once a month and board members are expected to participate in committee work and other club activities as needed.
